Paul Constantinou AM is a pioneering figure in Australia’s accommodation sector and Co-Founder and Non-Executive Chairman of extended STAY australasia.

In 1988 he founded Quest Apartment Hotels after identifying a clear gap for high-quality, home-like accommodation tailored to extended-stay business travellers. Under his leadership the brand grew into the largest serviced-apartment group in the Asia-Pacific region, with more than 170 properties across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and the United Kingdom, before its sale to The Ascott Limited.

Today Paul channels decades of expertise into extended STAY australasia, partnering with Choice Hotels Asia-Pac to introduce the MainStay Suites brand and deliver flexible, apartment-style “Live Like Home” experiences for corporate, government and project-based travellers.
